Health Guarantee and Contract

 Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable diseases at time of the sale. It has been given up to date vaccinations to prevent known canine illnesses. Worming treatments have been given regularly. If within 48 hours from the time you, the buyer, take possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, we, the breeders, agree to refund the purchase price of the puppy to you, the buyer, upon return of the puppy to us, the breeders. We, the breeders, are not responsible for any expenses incurred which includes transportation or veterinarian charges.  We, the  breeders, are not responsible for associated changes which may occur with moving a puppy to a new home: mental stress, low blood sugar, loose stools or coccidia which can be caused by stress and can develop within hours and has nothing to do with good or bad breeding.

Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth. If your puppy is found to have congenital defects, we, the breeders will replace your puppy with the next available puppy of the same breed if a congenital defect is found. Should your veterinarian find a life threatening defect, a written statement MUST be sent to us as soon as the diagnosis is made.

If you should decide after you get home with the puppy that you made a mistake by getting a puppy and no longer want to have a puppy, it is up to you to place the puppy some where else. WE do not take the puppies back after purchase or refund your money because you no longer want a puppy. A puppy requires alot of attention so please make sure a puppy is what you want and you are ready for one. Once the sale is complete it is your puppy and  your responsibility.

The down payment for a puppy is $125 which is nonrefundable. We can ship a pup to you, all expenses for shipping will be paid by you.

Please make two copies of this, sign one and return to us with the down payment. Second copy you can keep for your own records.
